dc.description.abstractFailure to meet the project milestones and pre-requisites as per GOI time schedule coupled with non-release of subsequent funds by GoI resulted in non-functioning of the MRUs. The objective of bridging the gap in the infrastructure in the Medical Colleges and promoting research in non-communicable diseases having impact on public health remained unachieved.
